I have a baby nine months of age who do not want to crawl.?

I work with babies and know every baby has different stages, but my daughter does not want to crawl .. Not even want to try. She hates tummy time but when you put it in his walker that is all over the place. She is a bit weak in lower extremity. She continue for a while but only lose and fall. I helped her every day as much as I can with a little exercise, but do not know what else to do at home without having to take her to physical therapy as some of my friends have told me to do. His doctor says give it time. Any suggestions?

Some babies never crawl just go right to walk:) my 6 months would be. She can stand when you hold our hands and walk around a little in his walker, but not go in your stomach at all. His father was in the same way. Never crawled just started walking. So I would not worry much. That's good if your baby looks strong!
