Car Seat Back Pain -?
It appears that the foam or cushioning in my car, the driver’s seat in which I sit in most often, is worn or in some respects almost flat, yet the car is only 7 years old. When I drive, I tend to “lean” to the left, where there is little support. I’ve tried sitting on a tennis ball and have used other methods, but nothing seems to work. Am considering Rolfing. Suggestions?
try placing n ice pack at the back or adjust your seat so it doesnt feel uncomfertable. focus on the road , care about the seat later.
